UPDATE: There will not be an early release from school on February 12. This early release day is being canceled. Instead, we will have the Homecoming skits and speeches that afternoon as part of our week-long celebration of Homecoming and all the wonderful things that make Centennial Rams great!


Be sure to visit with teachers at tonight's Parent/Teacher conferences. Teachers are ready to share your child's progress until 7:00 pm.

Good afternoon Ram fans. Athletics for the remainder of the week are as follows:
MS girls basketball will play OMS at OMS at 5:30 tomorrow. Tournament bracket will be sent out when available and those games will be at Monte Vista High School on Friday.
HS Basketball will play at Sierra Grande at 5:00 on Friday. They will play at Antonito at 5:00 on Saturday.
HS wrestling will have regionals at 9:00 a.m. at Walsenburg high school.
Show your support for your teams by positively cheering them on!

Reminder: Parent/Teacher Conferences are this Thursday from 2:00-7:00 pm. There is an early release at 1:00 pm. All buses will run at that time. We look forward to seeing you at this important event to collaborate about your child's academic growth and success.

Good morning! We will have a two-hour delay this morning due to snow and visibility. We want to thank the County for having the snow plows clearing the bus routes since early this morning. The bus routes will begin after the two-hour delay. We will use the normal schedule once the day starts at 10:00 am. Thank you!


Good afternoon RAM families. Athletics for the week are as follows: middle school girls basketball will host Sargent at 4:30 today and Thursday they will play at Centauri at 4 o'clock.
High school basketball will host Cripple Creek at 4:30 on Wednesday and Manzanola at 4:30 on Thursday.
HS Wrestling will attend the Valley Classic on January 31 beginning at 9.

The Board of Education received information from CHSAA regarding the ability to change eligibility policy mid-year. Since the Board is not allowed to change eligibility policy until the 2025-26 school year, the Special Meeting tonight is canceled. There will be a community meeting this evening from 4:30-6:00 pm to gather student, staff, and family input regarding the eligibility policy to ensure this policy aligns with the hopes and aspirations of our community.

There will be a Special Meeting of the Board of Education on Tuesday, January 28 at 6:00 pm to discuss the current eligibility policy. Before the special meeting, there will be a community meeting to gather community, staff, and student perspectives about the pros and cons of different eligibility options. This will be a time to hear your thoughts about how you would like Centennial to approach eligibility requirements. The community meeting will begin at 4:30 in the Centennial Library and remain open until the Special Meeting, which begins at 6:00 pm. A link to join the special meeting virtually will be sent out prior to the meeting on Tuesday. Thank you for your support!
