If your child (6th grade thru high school) is interested in playing sports this year, they will need a current sports physical. Cost is $25 and can be paid by check, cash, or card. See you then!

COVID-19 Vaccination Scholarship Drawing
Colorado Comeback Cash Scholarship Drawing begins Monday
Today, Gov. Polis announced the Colorado Comeback Cash Scholarship Drawing, which begins Monday, June 7, and runs every week through Friday, July 9, giving five lucky winners aged 12-17 a $50,000 postsecondary education scholarship every week.
The drawing is designed to encourage young people to get their COVID-19 vaccine, creating safer classrooms across the state come this fall.
Eligible individuals are Colorado residents between 12 and 17 years old at the time of the drawing who have received at least one shot of the COVID-19 vaccine in Colorado prior to the final drawing on Monday, July 5. People who have received the vaccine will automatically be entered into the Colorado Immunization Information System and will be automatically entered into the drawing.
