There will be a special meeting of the Centennial School Board tomorrow, June 30, at 6:00p. This meeting will be followed by a Board work session to discuss graduation guidelines and proposed changes to the 2020-21 student handbook. Info to join will be sent tomorrow.

There will be a remote learning Curriculum Committee that will meet July 2 and July 16 at 5:30 to discuss, review, and make recommendations for remote/alternative learning curriculum options for this fall. Information to join by Zoom or phone will be shared soon.

Dear Preschool Families, We will be having our end of year celebration Monday, June 29 at 5:30. The celebration will take place as a drive-thru in front of the school building. Families will drive up to the front of school, and staff will give the student their certificate. Nobody is allowed to get out of their vehicles. Graduates can wear their cap and gowns if they would like. See you then!

Centennial is hosting a series of virtual community forums beginning this Wednesday at 6:00p to discuss our COVID plan for returning to school this fall. Each week will be a new topic. This week's focus is providing an overview of our plan and phases for re-entry. More info soon!

The Blanca/ Fort Garland Community Center is providing Summer Meals for children up to the age of 18. Food will be distributed each Monday and Wednesday, beginning June 15th, in San Luis at the Town Hall from 12:00-12:15pm. Meal distribution will continue through August 13.

After tonight's Middle School Continuation ceremony, there will be a parade through each street in Cuba. The parade should be begin sometime after 6:00pm. Please, support the continuing class of 2024 by cheering them as they drive by. Go Rams!

Good evening 8th grade families: Tomorrow is the 8th Grade Alternative Continuation celebration at 5:30pm. As a reminder, only the 8th grade student walks to receive their certificate. Students must wear a mask when out of their vehicles. All parents and family members must remain in their vehicles at all times. We look forward to celebrating this accomplishment with each of you.

Good evening Centennial Families, Just a reminder to come out and support the graduating Class of 2020 this Saturday, May 23, at 11:00 a.m. with a special parade in their honor. Drive through the school parking lot to cheer on our seniors and all they have accomplished in this special alternative celebration. It is important that we band together as a community to show our graduates our love and support during these social distancing restrictions. Be sure to decorate your vehicle, if you can, to show them our Ram Pride.

The Centennial yearbooks are in! If you ordered one from a student, the student will deliver your yearbook tomorrow. If you paid the school directly or would like to get one of the 15 remaining yearbooks, please come by the school tomorrow, May 21, between 12:30 and 1:30pm to pick-up your yearbook. Thank you!
