Join Our Team - Secondary School Counselor

Passionate about guiding students through the challenges of adolescence? We're seeking a Secondary School Counselor to empower student success at Centennial. As a counselor, you'll provide vital academic, personal, and social support to our diverse student body. Collaborate with teachers and parents to develop strategies, assist with academic planning, and foster healthy emotional growth.

Qualifications: Master's in School Counseling, state certification, and a compassionate, empathetic approach. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must. Prior school counseling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities: Conduct academic and career counseling sessions, support crisis intervention, and contribute to an inclusive environment. Keep accurate records of interactions and student progress. Help create a positive, nurturing atmosphere for learning and development.
